Next Day Delivery
Orders received before 2pm Monday to Friday will be despatched for next working day delivery, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Off shore islands and some mainland restrictions may apply to next day delivery service see opposite for details.
Delivery details
Delivery is free to UK Mainland for orders over £600 (excl. VAT). *subject to availability
We deliver within the United Kingdom only.
VAT is applicable at the current prevailing rate. Website prices are exclusive of VAT unless shown otherwise.
Channel Island customers will be refunded VAT once proof of delivery to CI . is received.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 8am - 6pm, Monday -Friday on the day of your selected delivery date.
Unfortunately the courier driver cannot contact you prior to delivery or give a more accurate timing.
A Courier delivery is to the main entrance door of a building, the courier is unable to take packages inside a property.
(This is applicable if your delivery address is a flat or apartment, the driver may require you to take delivery at the main entrance door)
Packages are cartable and sized according to components ordered.
Please add brief location finding instructions in your account details that may be helpful for the courier driver to locate your delivery address.
Should you have narrow road access to your property please email us with your order number so we can arrange for the courier company to deliver in a suitable vehicle.
Customers are advised to track their delivery status via their Shelfstore account on the day chosen.
Please be aware of the number of packages you are expecting on your delivery.
If your parcel/s has not arrived in a satisfactory condition then please make the driver aware of the damage and sign for the parcels as damaged upon receipt. Please check that the delivering company has delivered the correct number of parcels, only sign for the correct number of parcels received. Any damage or shortage must be notified to us ASAP.
All deliveries must be signed for. The courier cannot leave packages without a signature.
UK off shore islands, Scottish Highlands with the following post codes IV, HA, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PH17-26 PH30-44,
Northern Ireland and Channel Islands. Please note we cannot guarantee your chosen delivery date for the above areas and
post codes. An extra day may be required for your delivery to reach you.
Off shore UK locations including Isle of Wight and Isle of Man please select relevant delivery charge at the checkout stage.
Unwanted Returns
Should your purchases be unsuitable and you wish to return them to us for a credit or to exchange then the following conditions will apply:
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
We must be contacted before any return is made. We can organise a courier collection on a day suitable to yourself.
All items should be returned unused in their original packaging and in a saleable condition to obtain a full refund. We reserve the right to charge for restocking/repackaging where applicable.
Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be applied.Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by the carrier/courier.

Your return should be accompanied by a proof of purchase, your name, address and phone number, account number and order reference number (most of this information should be detailed on your invoice). To help us, to help you, we would appreciate you enclosing details of why you wish to return the product.
If you cancel an order that has not been despatched, a full refund will be issued.
Cancelled orders that have left our distribution centre may be subject to a carriage/administration charge.
Damaged Goods
In the unfortunate event that you receive a parcel/delivery from us that contains damaged or incorrect goods or you are
missing items you should notify us ASAP within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the collection and replacement.
If you are able to email a photograph of any damage this helps to resolve the problem quickly. Please ensure you check all
packages fully should you be missing something, we try to indicate what is in which box on the packaging too.
Damaged items that have been used will be deemed acceptable by you and will not be considered for replacement.
Delivery FAQs
We deliver the majority of orders using a reputable nationwide courier company. They will deliver your packages to your front door of an individual property/entrance of the building/reception/concierge. The goods will be signed for at this entrance. All packages are cartable. Your dispatch email will detail the number of packages you are due to receive. Some packages will relate to the height of components. Due to reasons beyond our control we cannot instruct the courier driver to assist with carrying the packages to rooms, flats or offices within larger buildings. Unfortunately we cannot instruct the courier driver to telephone you for any reason.
We understand that there may be a last minute reason you need to leave your address on the delivery day i.e. collect from school, walk the dog or any other emergency. Please leave named and signed clear instructions where to leave the package/s in an envelope by your door bell / knocker addressed to TNT courier driver. As the product is wood wrapped in cardboard please ensure this is a dry area i.e. porch. If this is not a suitable option please telephone us to charge your delivery day.
